Wellness should be fun.
Are you stuck in what feels like a never-ending cycle? You decide it’s time to make a change for your health, so you make a mark in your calendar for Monday as go-time. You go through your pantry and decide to start going to the gym every day. The first starts off great! Then, reality sets in and a few days pass, and you decide it’s too much and you’ll start back up again when the time is ‘right’. Does this sound like you?
